I have been to several vets in College Station; College Hills Veterinary Hospital is my favorite, and has the best customer service, bar none.
Wonderful customer service. I’ve been taking my dog to College Hills Vet since he was a puppy. Staff here are very kind and helpful. They don’t unnecessarily overcharge you. They send you reminders regarding your appointments, vaccinations, etc. You can also create a profile for your pet on their website. I recommend this place.

My puppy was showing lots of really bad symptoms. I called, and they miraculously had an opening the same day. We were new patients, and they were very quick with the intake paperwork and getting my puppy in to receive treatment. They communicated with me during the entire process of their tests on my puppy. They were very thorough with everything they did and answered my endless questions. Great care and great responsiveness to helping my pup get the care she needed and on the road back to 100%.

Let me start by saying I am so impressed with the people here! I chose this location based on the Google reviews and read up on the staff on their website. I’m so extremely impressed with them. I requested an appointment through their website, and they called me when their office was open to schedule a time to see my cat. My cat hadn’t been to a vet in a while because I was so nervous about finding the right place since I moved to College Station. They took care of all her regular needs as well as the reason why I brought her in the first place. My cat is doing so much better now since she visited them. No scratching, and her coat is so smooth now! They did say she was a bit chunky, and now she likes easy cheese, but I’ll let it slide because my mom said the same a few weeks ago. I’ll definitely return for anything my cat needs and will be scheduling appointments with my other pets/future pets as well. They let you know what they recommend for your pet, but aren’t too pushy, and I feel as though it was a reasonably priced visit for the service I received. They have your pets’ best interests at heart. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recommend College Hills to everyone I know in the area. 5 years ago, I got my puppy, and they had a very affordable package for her first year of vaccinations! What endeared me to them most was when Leia got sick. This was probably the most stressful time of my life, and I thought Leia might not make it. The team was so empathetic to my situation, and you could tell they were also sad because they loved Leia, too. She needed emergency surgery, and although I went to A&M to get the surgery, College Hills’ vet tech called periodically to check on Leia. Leia actually loves going to the vet because of how amazing these women are at making pets feel comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough.

Love this place! One of my dogs is a big, grumpy guy. In the past, other offices have needed to muzzle him (not because he bit anyone, but just as a precaution). They never even mentioned a muzzle at College Hills! Dr. Smith and her sweet technician just took their time with him, made him feel safe, and gave him plenty of cookies! He had his best visit ever!
